Still sound too high?Īlright let's start with what we know. So there will be 19 fewer factions than both New and Old World combined. That gives us a difference of 19 (117-66=51, 72-51=21, and then Top Knotz and Skaeling are on both maps for 19). Total number of factions in OWE was 66 and in Mortal Empires it's 117. ME has 295 so of the 188 New World settlements we can expect to see 153 (295-142).
